Lokasi tersebut harus disetujui oleh Pengawas Pekeijaan, Instalasi pencampuran aspal (AMP), concrete batching plant (CBP), sebelum digunakan oleh Penyedia Jasa harus dipastikan mempunyai Izin Lingkungan yang diterbitkan oleh instansi/pejabat yang berwenang. Apabila tidak memiliki Izin Lingkungan, maka AMP atau CBP tidak dapat digunakan.
